A feasibility study for a future institute at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. I independently owned and delivered this study and drawing package, which involved:

• Gathering program data and necessary adjacencies from the client
• Interpreting their vision into working plans and drawings, developing layouts and concepts for client feedback
• Developing an exterior concept
• Developing renderings for donor solicitation
