I entered this project at the Advanced Planning phase and owned and delivered the entire document to SCO, collaborating with the design-builder and our consultants. I went on to help refine the initial interview design concept and carry it through to construction documents.

• Contributed exterior design studies, visualization aids, and technical documentation
• Coordinated design across the full team, including the precast designer
• Helped identify and resolve critical details, reach budget reconciliation, and work through constructability concerns
